1. How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Milk Kaaren Dairy account, please send us an email with the details listed below. This will initiate our secure account deletion workflow.

Email body (copy and fill in the following details):
- Registered email ID (used to sign in)
- Business / Dairy name or username (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve scheduling, billing, and reports)
2. Processing Timeline
- Your identity is verified against Milk Kaaren Dairy records (customers, delivery staff, billing data, etc.).
- Account deletion is queued and completed within 7 business days.
- A confirmation email is sent once all data linked to your profile is permanently removed.
3. What Happens After Deletion?
- Permanent data removal: All dashboard statistics, customer lists, delivery assignments, bills, reports, and saved preferences are deleted.
- Loss of operational history: Past milk reports, payment logs, and archived disputes cannot be recovered.
- Subscription & billing: Please cancel any active plans or scheduled invoices within the app before submitting your deletion request to avoid future charges.
- Access revoked: Your login credentials and access to all modules will be permanently disabled after deletion.
