Delete Your One OS Account

At OneOS, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your One OS account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to delete your account inside the app:

  1. Open the One OS app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings or Profile menu.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning about data deletion carefully.
  5. Confirm your action to permanently delete your account.

How to request account deletion via email: If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

  1. Send an email to support@pixelperfect.co.in  (or your actual support email) from the email address associated with your One OS account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your One OS registered email/phone number and your business name in the body of the email.
  4. Our team will process your request and delete your data within 7-14 business days.

What happens when your account is deleted?

  • Your personal profile information will be permanently removed.
  • Your store/POS data, sales history, and inventory records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Any active subscriptions tied to your account will be canceled.
