As we provide digital software services, there are no physical products involved. Therefore, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within 1 (one) day of the purchase/transaction.
- Any refund request made after this period will not be eligible.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Cancellations
- Customers may request cancellation of their subscription/service within 1 day of purchase.
